This class is for students that have taken the required “Intro To Pole” class. You are now ready to start learning all the basics. You will learn beginner spins, climbs, floorwork, and more. Each class begins with a proper warm up. Proper attire for this class is a tank and shorts, barefoot or with proper shoes.

This is a multi-level class that begins with a complete warm up. You will learn how to transition in and out of moves gracefully, and work your magic on the floor. Proper attire for this class is shorts and sports bra/tank top. You may wear leg warmers and/or knee pads for floorwork. Class may be taken barefoot or with proper shoes.
This is a multi-level class that begins with a complete warm up. This is a fitness class to help tone the lower body, targeting your hips, thighs, and booty. When we are done sweating our butts off, be prepared for a fun booty shaking lesson. Proper attire for this class is shorts and sports bra/tank top. Most of this class will be done barefoot.
This is a super fun class that focuses on the sexy/raunchy stripper style of pole dancing. There will be a lot of emphasis on floor work, booty shaking, sexy walks, poses, and performance! There is absolutely no nudity in this class.
*Please wear booty shorts with leg warmers that go above the knee. Also, exotic dance shoes are strongly recommended. Please do not wear regular heels. Feel free to dress sexy for this class!
This class is for students that have an interest in the gymnastic side of Pole. You will learn how to go upside down, invert, pose and more! You will learn tricks on the floor, and then up on the pole with a crash pad and with the assistance of a qualified spotter. Proper attire for this class is shorts and sports bra/tank top.
Alrighty, we know and understand…you are addicted to pole! Take this time to practice everything you have been learning on your own, so you can be the best poler you can be! This is not a structured class, however a quick warm-up will still be given. A teacher will be on hand to help you perfect whatever you are working on if needed. This is for levels beginner 1 and up! Proper attire is tank top or sports bra, and shorts. You can choose to be barefoot or wear proper shoes.
**You may also take this as your first class if there are no INTRO TO POLE classes that fit your schedule.**
This is a co-ed class that is suitable for all levels. We will focus on stretching our muscles to make them for flexible for our pole moves/holds, while listening to relaxing r&b/soul music. Proper attire is tank top with yoga pants/leggings.
This class begins with a complete warm-up, and is suitable for all levels. This class is designed to build up your strength, and muscle memory. We will work on perfecting all of the basic moves. Please bring a towel and water bottle.
